Terms of Service for aitell.me

By accessing or using aitell.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or upload content for analysis.

aitell.me provides an image-analysis interface intended to estimate whether an uploaded image is likely AI-generated. The service returns report-style output, including probability indicators and supporting observations.

The service is informational and assistive in nature. It is not represented as a source of absolute truth, conclusive authentication, legal certification, forensic opinion or professional advice.

You represent that you have the legal authority to use the service and to upload any image you submit. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are solely responsible for the images you upload, the legality of that upload and the consequences of your reliance on the returned analysis. You must not upload content if you do not have the right to transmit it to the service for processing.

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains illegal material or unlawful personal data disclosure.
• Includes malware, exploit payloads or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Is used to test abusive automation or evade rate limits.

Detection of AI-generated images is an evolving technical problem. Results may be affected by editing, compression, scaling, generator advances, post-processing, metadata removal or adversarial manipulation. We do not guarantee that any output is correct, complete, sufficient for a particular decision or suitable as sole evidence.

You may not use the service to:

• Violate law, regulation or third-party rights.
• Harass, defame, stalk or target individuals unlawfully.
• Reverse engineer or probe the service in a harmful or abusive way.
• Bypass file-size limits, rate limits or technical controls.
• Use automated scraping or mass-upload behavior that harms service stability.
• Misrepresent the service’s output as guaranteed forensic proof.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific uptime targets or continued support for any particular workflow, model version or frontend layout.

To protect service stability, we may impose rate limits, file validation requirements, request filtering and other technical restrictions. Abuse, repeated failed upload attempts or behavior that materially threatens the service may lead to temporary or permanent access limitation.

The website, branding, interface design, text, code, analysis workflow and related materials are owned by or licensed to MWX Apps unless otherwise noted. These terms do not grant you ownership of the service or its underlying technology.

Use of the service is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how uploaded images are temporarily processed and how operational logs may be handled. If there is a direct conflict between these terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, we will interpret them in a manner that gives effect to both where reasonably possible.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available”basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability and error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MWX Apps and aitell.me will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless MWX Apps from claims, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from your uploaded content, your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms or your violation of rights belonging to another party.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, abused the service, created risk for other users or exposed the service to legal or security harm.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these terms are governed by the laws determined by the operator’s principal place of business. You are responsible for understanding any local laws that apply to your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after revised terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
